Is Carpe Diem Beach entry included in the €1000?
- No. €1000, the same all season, and that buys the whole boat — up to 8 guests, 25% Croatian VAT included. It covers the skipper, the crossing both ways, waiting time while you're at the club, towels, cold drinks, snorkelling masks and fins, and the cabin with WC. Entry, day beds and drinks you pay at Carpe Diem directly; we can help you reserve a bed ahead. Fuel is billed at the end, typically €150–300 depending on the route — this is one of the shorter runs.
What time do we leave Split, and when do we get back?
- You pick both. Early afternoon works best — leave between 13:00 and 15:00, about 50 minutes across, and you're on a day bed for the hot hours and still there when the After Beach set starts. We wait with the boat, so you decide when to go home; the Saxdor has an infrared night camera for the run back. Want a swim stop in a Pakleni cove on the way over? Add 45 minutes.
Is this the beach club on the island, or the bar in Hvar Town?
- Two venues, one brand, and almost everyone mixes them up. Carpe Diem Beach is on Stipanska, a small island in the Pakleni archipelago: pools, day beds, DJ sets. Carpe Diem Bar is on the Hvar Town Riva and has no beach. This trip goes to the Beach on Stipanska, about 50 minutes direct from Split. If you want Hvar Town instead, tell us when you book and we'll drop you on the Riva.
Can we bring kids? Is it OK if someone doesn't swim?
- Non-swimmers are fine — nothing on this trip needs you in the sea, and Carpe Diem Beach is pools, day beds and bars. Kids are the harder question. It's a club with loud DJ sets, and the venue sets its own age rules, which change season to season. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we'll confirm with the club before you commit to the date. For a family day on the water, our Hvar & Pakleni trip fits better.
What happens if it's windy on the day?
- A summer maestral of 15–20 knots is normal here and the Saxdor handles it; we'd drop the swim stop and run direct. If the forecast is worse than that — a jugo building, or a channel that won't settle by evening — we cancel and it costs you nothing. We make that call from the marine forecast, not from the dock. Honest note: the return leg is after dark, so we may ask you to leave the club earlier than planned.
