MaestralThe standard
The same crossing every time, written down.
This is our first season, so there is no wall of reviews to read. Instead: what happens between your message and your quay, what it costs, what it costs when it goes wrong, and the licence numbers you can look up.

From your message to your quay
The order is fixed; the times are not.
You send the route
WhatsApp, phone or email. No card, no account, no deposit — the request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
≈ 1 h · our reply, 08:00–22:00 in season
We answer with a price and a boat
One fare for the whole boat, VAT and fuel included on transfers. If the GT7 suits your bags and your landing time better than the Saxdor, we say so — even though it is the cheaper boat.
The slot is held on your name
No deposit and no card details on this site. Your name and your flight number are the booking.
12–24 h before · the weather call
The skipper reads the forecast the evening before
Bura and jugo happen in July too. You hear from the skipper, not from a calendar. A route change is offered first; a cancellation by us costs you nothing.
The night before, you get the pin
Exact pontoon, the skipper's mobile, and the time he will be standing on it.
on the day
He is there before you are
We track the flight number. A late landing costs nothing and he waits.
You step off, and then you pay
Cash or card on board, at the end. His number stays in your phone for the way back.
Then he washes her down and refuels for the morning. That part of the day is not yours, and it is the only part we would not invite you to.
What the fare does not show
The difference between two prices is usually a difference in who carries the risk. Here is where ours sits.

- How we run itNone. You pay the skipper at the end of the day.
- What we were quoted, elsewhere30–50% on booking, usually non-refundable.

- Fuel
- How we run itIncluded in every transfer fare. On day trips, billed at the end on what your route actually burned — typically €150–300.
- What we were quoted, elsewhereBundled at the worst case, or added at the pontoon.
- The deck
- How we run itOne group. Never shared, never sold by the seat.
- What we were quoted, elsewhereTwelve seats sold individually, one fixed return time.
- A late flight
- How we run itFlight number tracked, the skipper waits, €0.
- What we were quoted, elsewhereWaiting billed by the half hour, or the slot released.

- What we were quoted, elsewhereDaylight crossings only.
- At the helm

The right-hand column is what we were quoted ourselves, here, before we started. If your operator does it differently, tell us and we will correct this page.
Fixed, whatever you book
Five things that do not change with the route, the boat or the season.

- 8
Guests, and the deck is yours
One group per boat. We do not sell seats and we never put two bookings on one deck.

At the helm
- Skippers
- Two skippers, both from Brač, run every crossing.
- Licences
- Croatian commercial licences — Voditelj brodice C — with STCW basic safety training.
- Company
- Maestral Speedboat Charter is run by Solaris Villae d.o.o., a Croatian-registered company. OIB 15821367569.
This is our first season, so you will not find a wall of reviews here yet. What you will find is a licence, a registered company, and terms that put the risk on us: nothing is paid before the day, and a late flight costs you nothing.

What we do not do
The list that usually gets left off.
- No reviews yet. This is our first season. The first Google and TripAdvisor reviews appear here when guests write them, not before.
- No shared boats and no per-seat pricing. Two of you or eight, the fare is the whole boat — which means at two people a group tour is cheaper, and we will say so.
- No fuel inside the day-trip price. It is billed at the end on what your route actually burned, because bundling it means charging the short days for the long ones.
- No pressure to decide today. Nothing is held with money, so there is nothing for us to gain by hurrying you.
- No skipper you have not been told about. If the one you were promised cannot sail, you hear it from us before you travel, not at the pontoon.
